We are in the construction industry, specializing in architectural and structural shop drawings that assist our clients.

How many offices does SEISHIN have?

We have 2 offices, one located in Singapore and have recently opened a branch office in Philippines.

How many employees does SEISHIN have currently?

We have close to 50 employees currently.

What are the working hours?

We work from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. Sundays and Public Holidays as stated on the Singaporean calendar are off days. However, as site condition varies, there maybe changes to the working hours, but be rest assured, overtime pay is issued for work done for more than 44 hrs. a week.

How is the remuneration like?

We believe in fair compensation. We will assess your capabilities during the interview and offer salary comparable with your work experience, current industry standard, capability and job role.In line with our corporate values, we will also compensate hours worked overtime accordingly. We will also do year-end adjustments based on performance during the year and contribution made to the growth and image of the company.

What other benefits are there?

Being a small SME we are unable to provide employee benefits as extensive as a MNC would. However, we are able to provide flexibility in areas. For example, the company has provided long-term zero interest emergency loans/pay advance to our employees before, and also extended unpaid leave for a variety of reasons. You will also be exposed to a variety of avenues to speed up your development and hone your skills.

AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN

Preparation of precision technical shop drawings and working drawings using current and existing AutoCAD softwares.
Minor coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings
Detailing and documentation of working drawings

Requirements

  • At least a Professional certiicate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or equivalent
  • Required Skill – AutoCAD
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Preferably with prior experience in the construction/building industry
  • BIM knowledge will benefit the application

Career Form

DRAWING COORDINATOR

Leading a team drafters in production of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings
Overall coordination across disciplines to solve and raise issues
Attend coordination meetings on-site
Prepare working drawings

Requirements

BIM DRAFTSMAN

Prepare 3D drawings using Revit
Coordination of drawings
Convert 2D drawings to 3D accurately and fluently

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
